Rates/Policies

Your payment of the rental fees indicates your acceptance and agreement to the following Rental Agreement Terms:

RATES - 2013:

NO SPRING BREAKERS - ONLY FAMILIES during Spring Break / Texas Week (March) 

Summer Season (May 19th - Sept 3rd):

  • $370.00 per night
  • $1850.00 per week
  • Prepayment $300

Holy Weekend (March 26th - April 2nd):

  • $250.00 per night
  • $1000.00 per week
  • Prepayment $300

Value Season (All other dates):

  • $179 per night
  • $895per week
  • $1990 per month
  • Prepayment $300

TERMS:

  • No smoking indoors.
  • Pet Fee $95 non-refundable
  • Minimum stay of 3 nights.
  • Cleaning fee $100.00
  • 14.5 % State/Local tax not included with rates.
  • $300 Prepayment required for bookings reservation.
  • Full payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival to hold reservation
  • Fees and deposits are non-refundable, but reservations may be transferred to an alternate date within same calendar year up until 30 days prior to original scheduled arrival date.
  • No refunds for early check out.
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
  • Please bring your own consumables, toiletries and beach/pool towels.
  • Don't forget to take out adequate cancellation or vacation insurance through your insurance agent or travel agent, especially in the hurricane season!

CHILDREN REQUIRE ADULT SUPERVISION AT THE POOL AT ALL TIME

ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

  • UNREPORTED PET(s) ON PREMISES WITHOUT PAYMENT OF PET DEPOSIT. 
  • ANYTHING TAKEN FROM THE UNIT.
  • ANY DAMAGE TO THE UNIT OR ITS CONTENTS OTHER THAN NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR.
  • TOWELS, BLANKETS OR BEDSPREADS REMOVED FROM UNIT FOR ANY REASON.
  • ANY EXTRA CLEANING THAT IS NECESSARY DUE TO TRASHING OF UNIT OR TRACKING TAR IN FROM BEACH (Sand should be washed off at the outdoor hose and shoes and towels left at the space provided at the front door).
  • SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT.
  • EXCESSIVELY SOILED TOWELS OR BEDDING. NO TOWELS OR BEDDING FROM UNIT IS TO BE TAKEN TO THE BEACH OR POOL. ANY SAND OR SANDSPURS ON BEDDING WILL BE CHARGED TO RENTER.
  • LOST KEYS & REKEYING THE LOCK
  • IF YOU ARE NOT OUT OF UNIT BY CHECK OUT TIME OF 11:00 AM
  • ALL SOILED DISHED AND GLASSWARE TO BE PLACED INSIDE DISHWASHER.
  • ALL TRASH AND GARBAGE TO BE PROPERLY BAGGED, REMOVED FROM UNIT & PLACED IN DUMPSTERS PROVIDED.
  • REFRIGERATOR TEMPERATURE IS TO BE LEFT ON NORMAL SETTING OF FIVE. COLDER SETTING CONTROLS ON REFRIGERATOR OR IT COULD FREEZE UP.
  • DO NOT PUT ANYTHING BUT SOFT FOOD IN GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND HAVE THE WATER TURNED ON OR IT WILL BACK-UP. POTATO, ONION OR CARROT PEELINGS SHOULD NOT BE PLACED IN DISPOSAL; THEY COULD CLOG THE DRAIN.
  • DO NOT PUT ANY METAL IN THE MICROWAVE OR ANY KIND.
  • DO NOT USE ANYTHING BUT PRODUCTS SPECIFIED TO CLEAN DISHES IN DISHWASHER. AUTOMATIC DISHWASHER DETERGENT ONLY TO BE USED IN DISHWASHER. OTHER DETERGENTS WILL FOAM YOUR ENTIRE KITCHEN.

PLEASE REPORT ANYTHING THAT YOU MAY NOTICE THAT IS MISSING OR DAMAGED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL.
